another option is to send your airbox to Air Plains ( www.airplains.com ). This company advertises air box repairs.

Hi Andew;
It looks like you are almost there parts wise.
You can produce parts for your FAA certified airplane.
A & P Kristin Winter wrote about the rules and processes involved in the following article on the Cessna Flyer website: www.cessnaflyer.org/maintenance-tech/ite...nd-applications.html .

Using this guide will help you build the parts you need to finish the installation.

Let me know if you have more questions.
Steve

Here are some better pics of the airbox drawings from the STC.

Hi Andew;
I wish I could point you in the correct direction. The STCs held by Bob and Barb Williams may still be active but as far back as the late 90s, when I worked as a tech rep for the Cessna Pilots Association, I struggled to get timely responses from them and have heard what are extremely frustrating stories from customers attempting to get service from them.
I do not have any data from their STC so can't even dig up a part number to give to Kent, the ace part finder at the Cessna Flyers group.
I suggest that you post your request on as many Cessna specific sites as possible. This includes Controller, the Cessna 172 page on FaceBook, and the Cessna parts page on eBay.
Sorry I can't be more help on this one.
Please let me know what you find.

I have the Barbara and Bob Williams Bush STC to install a O360. in my 1958 175.
I am looking for parts (of course I am) to complete the project, including an air box for a carburetor application for the O-360.
Anyone who has information on parts from the Bush conversion and other sources please let me know
