Will a TCM io-360GB,K or D engine fit on a stock C175 engine mount?

No, the GO-300 mount is a cradle mount while the IO-360 mount is a dynafocal mount.

Are you looking to install a different engine on your 175, or use a 175 engine mount for a different airframe?

The IO-360-K (or KB) was certified for the R172K Hawk XP, but not the 175.
