Yingling Aviation is your best bet. It's right across the field from Cessna -www.yinglingaviation.com.
You may be able to get a used serviceable one at Wentworth Aircraft--www.wentworthaircraft.com
or Preferred Airparts--www.preferredairparts.com.
You might even find what you need on eBay.

We have a 182P based in Kenya. In bright sunlight the oil dipstick is almost impossible to locate back in its normal locked position.
Later models had a tubular extension and longer dipstick. We have the TCM 470 part numbers for the components needed.
Can anyone recommend a supplier in the US?
