Yes. Someone posted 4 pictures of the steps they took to put new eyeball vents in but I can’t find them now. The listing of this thread in the forum index indicates Here is an attachment on one post but I can’t figure out how to see it either. If anyone can explain it please do.

That would be great. I’ll try to figure out how to contact you via this site.

You may talk to Wilco. Their vents replace the complete Cessna plastic with internal hoses etc. Not real cheap, but work great for a long time.

I first did the front then replace the rear vents. Well worth the expense.
If you are at RVS come by my hangar and have a look at what I installed in my 210.

Wilco will know what is required, but I would think they work on a 182 like in the picture.

Are you fitting your Wemacs into a C182 and does it look like the attached in the rear as things currently stand please?

Thanks.

I look forward to hearing how you get on. Given the number of similar aircraft out there you'd have thought there would be a market. These are the one thing letting down the rear part of my cabin.

I have a friend who has Wemac style vents that replace the old, lousy Cessna ones. That airplane got them in the process of an expensive AirMod interior upgrade. Spoke to AirMod but they are not interested in selling the vents by themselves. I am in the process of trying to fit some Wemacs but am waiting for warmer weather to dig into it.
