If you are looking for a tug to get your airplane back into your hangar, it's not too expensive to get an electric powered winch, mount it to the back hangar wall and connect it to the tail tie down ring. Cessna has said that as long as there is not an abrupt bump or really steep hill it's safe to pull a 182 by the tail tie down ring.
But it nothing but a tug will do, this is not an option.
